We are looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to be the first point of contact for our clients as a Client Service Representative. Dedicated to providing high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations in every interaction, your mission is to be the guide for our clients through the entire visit process. As a CSR you will be a loyal advocate for our clients, a creative problem-solver, and a collaborative team member. You will have the opportunity to continually improve our patient experience, working alongside team members passionate about the animals we serve and the families who love them.

Customer Service experience required. Evening and weekend hours required.

Pay is commensurate with experience and includes bonus structure. Paid vacation in accordance with experience. Participation in the cafeteria plan for health benefits is available, as is up to 3% matching for Simple IRA participation is provided for full time employees.

As an Associate Veterinarian, you will have access to all the tools needed to care for the pets that come through our doors. Equipment like digital radiology, ultrasound, ability to run in-house bloodwork, digital dental x-rays, new state of the art ultrasonography equipment, a surgical laser, anesthesia monitoring equipment and access to boarded orthopedic surgical services and radiology will be at your disposal.

We are a general practice hospital that offers high quality veterinary services to our community 6 days a week. Services include wellness and preventative care, dentals, general and advanced surgery, internal medicine, vaccinations, chip ID and alternative medicine. Surgical experience or interest is a plus!

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree or equivalent from an accredited university
• Licensure in good standing

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
